How can I send my documents to your office?

How do you ensure that my information will remain confidential?

Keeping your information confidential is essential for us. We are diligent in safely handling your private documents in some cases, we can execute a confidentiality agreement or non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

Do you certify and notarize your translations?

Yes, we certify and notarize all our translations. Our professional translators sign a notarized statement certifying the accuracy of all translations before a Texas Notary Public.

We are certified by the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency as a translation provider and are members of the Metroplex Interpreter and Translator Association (MITA) and the American Translators Association (ATA).

Do you guarantee your translations?

We are professional translators who guarantee that our translations will be accepted by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and other government agencies, schools and universities. During our several decades of experience, we have never had USCIC, a government agency, or any institution reject one of our translations. We will promptly refund your money upon presentation of a written proof of rejection.

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and cash. We request advanced payment in order to start translating your documents.

Do I need to send my original documents?

It is not necessary to send us or bring your original document. You can send a legible scanned copy or photograph, or bring a copy in person.

How long will it take to translate my document?

The turnaround time for translating birth certificates, school transcripts, or any single-page document is generally 24 hours. In most cases, we can offer same day service for your certified translations. We understand that time is of the essence, and we are here to help you.

What will I receive?

We will print your translated documents on premium letterhead and certify the document with the required stamps, seals, or foils. The documents will be signed by a professional translator and duly notarized by a Texas Notary Public.

For documents that do not require foil stamps or seals, we can deliver your professional translations via electronic delivery as secure PDF files for no additional charge. For next day services, we can send your translations via express delivery services such as FedEx or UPS (shipping rates apply).

I live outside of Dallas/outside of Texas; can I still use your service?

Yes. We are happy to send your translated document to any address.

Is your company located in the USA?

Yes, we have been in the same location in Dallas, Texas for 24 years. You can bring your document and pick up your translation in person.

Do you provide professional interpreters for my USCIS appointment?

Yes, we have professional, court certified interpreters for USCIS appointments and court appearances. We also have interpreters for medical appointments, conferences and business meetings. Please contact us for more details.
